Halloween!

This was my first Halloween! Mom dressed me up as a bee. I didn't quite know what to think about my costume. My favorite part was the little antennae on the top of my head. They were fun to play with! We had lots of trick-or-treaters! I can't wait until next year. I wonder what I should dress up as...

My New House!

Hello! I love my new house! When I first arrived my mom and dad gave me a gift! A wine squeaky toy! I love it! My parents said to take it easy on the wine... but it made me very sleepy.

20 Weeks!

Hello! It is my 20 week old birthday! I think my mom is going to stop counting my age by weeks now. It is getting confusing! I get to move to a new house this weekend! It has lots of grass for me to run and play on, I am so excited! Because this is my last week at my old house, I have been spending lots of time outside running around and playing. Check out the picture of me hiding in the bushes... good thing I come when Mommy calls me!

I Am 18 Weeks Old!

I am now a big 18 week old boy! I just had my last shots and soon I will be able to enroll in puppy kindergarten! I am so excited for school! 

This is a picture of me at the vet's office (my first trip). I screamed and cried when I go my shots, I am a tough boy though! Don't I look happy? 

Because I was so good at the vet (mostly) my mom bought me a San Francisco Giants jersey! I love the Giants and watch the games all the time!

My mom, dad, and I are moving to a new house soon! I can't wait to go on walks in my new neighborhood! Wish me luck in my new house and with puppy kindergarten! I can't wait!

I'm 16 Weeks Old!

Hello! I am 16 weeks old already! My mom is telling me to stop growing up so fast... Here is a video of me playing with Uncle Skippy. I love to play with him. Sometimes I like to nip at his ears and steal things away from him so that he will chase me! We have so much fun....

I Am 14 Weeks Old!

I am 14 weeks old today! Mom always acts like the paparazzi and takes so many pictures of me! There are some pretty cute ones she took today... Check them out below!

I Am 13 Weeks Old!

I am having so much fun at home. I have been learning tricks! I can sit and lay down. My mom is trying to teach me to give high-fives and roll over, but those are a little more difficult for me right now. I love learning new things... especially when I get a Buddy Biscuit! I'm Home!

Hi! My name is Max! I am a 12 week old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy. I came from the wonderful Laughing Cavalier Kennel in Seabeck, WA. Yesterday, I had a very busy day. I flew to my new home in California! My mom was very scared for me to travel all alone, but I did just fine! I was just a little hungry when I landed.

Mom made sure to bring some scrambled eggs to mix into my kibble... I LOVE scrambled eggs!

I love my new home! I especially like my uncle Skippy's toys... even though I have lots of my own. They seem to taste better for some reason.  

My mom named my blog "Max's Wild Rumpus" because Barbara at Laughing Cavalier Kennel called me Max while I lived in Washington. My mom loves the name Max, especially because it reminds her of the great children's book by Maurice Sendak entitled, Where the Wild Things Are. Mom has been taking lots of pictures and videos, so check back soon to see what's new!
